LHVC General Meetings
LHVC General Meetings are open to everyone who lives in the Laurel Hill Valley community. In general, LHVC meetings are scheduled on the 3rd Wednesday in February, May, and November from 7pm - 8:30pm. One exception is the Summer Picnic, which is usually scheduled the Sunday following the 3rd Wednesday in August.

Sunday August 28 - Ice Cream Social - 5-7 PM
Come to our neighborhood park and celebrate being outside with friends and family on August 28th. There will be ice cream for all, including non-dairy options, plus toppings for sundaes. Thank you to Prince Puckler’s and Trader Joe’s for donating ice cream!
Please bring your own bowls and spoons if you can; we’ll have some paper bowls and plastic spoons available if you forget. Also bring picnics for your family, water to stay hydrated, and chairs or blankets to sit on. Please don’t bring any glass containers or alcohol, and remember that any dogs must be on leash. Due to Covid-19 we aren’t offering organized games or our popular dessert contest this year.
